Mannino in the Tree

There are some lovely twisting trees in Buckhead waiting for an artist to come sketch them. The tree below is one of two good subjects at the corner of Peachtree Battle and Northside Drive.

If you're facing the door of the house, you will notice that there is a little man's head popping out of a hole in a branch of the far left tree. "Mannino's" is written on a his chef's cap.

What is "Mannino's?" I would love an explanation!

Through Google, I have found some Mannino's restaurants in New York.  Perhaps the little man is on his way South and he has stopped to enjoy the view.  He blends in quite well with his perch!
